Residential Properties To Let
The Everlands Estate lets a number of traditional properties ranging from 2 bedroom cottages up to 4 bedroom houses which are well maintained and continually being updated.
Residential properties are rented unfurnished on Assured Shorthold Tenancies unless stated otherwise.
Minimum rental periods are usually 12 months and we welcome longer lets where tenants wish to make our property their long-term home. Pets are allowed, subject to Landlord permission.
