About Us
The Everlands Estate is a private agricultural estate that lies in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) between the North Downs and the High Weald of Kent, in the heart of the ‘Garden of England’.
Everlands has been owned by the same family for over 100 years and comprises of grassland, arable and woodland with very good inter-connecting public footpaths.
Given its proximity to London, Everlands is unusual in having wonderful views over totally unspoilt countryside, free from light pollution at night and noise from traffic during the day.
Facing south over the Weald of Kent, which was created during the last ice age, views stretch as far as the Ashdown Forest and on to the South Downs and the English Channel beyond (not that you can see the sea!).
